Enrol for 2026

​​Please find below the documents for enroling your child/ren at Proserpine State High School in 2026. Please note, limited forms and documents are available at this time, but will be uploaded on this page in Term 3 and Term 4, 2025. You are welcome to complete the below forms and return them using the below contact details:

• Deliver to our Administration Office at 4 Ruge Street, Proserpine during our office hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday during the school term.
